We want you to love your MALVADOS sandals and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items back in their original MALVADOS box and secure them in a durable shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
